INHS was started in late 2003 by a group of experienced hygienic doctors. INHS is volunteer-based, web-based, with no membership fees. The official start date was Jan 1, 2004. We have now existed several years, have attracted 1000+ members (many of them earlier hygienists) and have had great exchanges on the email list. We made the online magazine public in 2005.
