HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Giorgio I like sports and I like to feel well. All the time, in my past and up till now, I have always tried to do my best, and to use correct natural ways to improve my sports performance and my well-being. I have spent a lot of time reading, learning, and understanding about performance, and putting it all into practice.

ALWAYS USE A NATURAL APPROACH
Today's sport is full of unnatural approaches and some athletes want to find a shortcut to improve his/her performance. Avoid this.
Instead, in Natural Hygiene - or the Natural Performance Way (NPW) - it is more important to understand which factors are necessary and right to build our natural body power, like:
  • air
  • water
  • raw food
  • fasting
  • earth power
  • sunlight
  • rest
  • relaxation
  • sleep (vital economy)
  • exercise
  • positive thoughts
  • laughter
  • discipline
  • God power.

    AVOID DRUGS
    Avoid drugs, or pills or any other unnatural approach - and instead use only natural and simple methods to improve your performance.
    Put together the above factors in the right manner and understand how every single factor can influence your well-being and performance. This will help you to follow this way towards your goals: and to live in harmony with nature and obtain the highest level of health and optimal athletic performance.

    NO LIMIT TO OUR POWER
    There is no limit to our power. This power is inherent in our bodies, and only our minds can limit and determine what exactly we can do. There are a lot of stories in the world about men and women who have demonstrated that there are very few limits for us and that these limits originate in our minds.

    If we follow the Natural Hygiene Way - the Natural Performance Way - we can give our bodies the best chance to obtain maximum strength. A feeling of supreme well-being will probably be the first thing we notice, and we'll then understand that we are on the right track in life.
