Natural Hygiene Doctors, Coaches & Fasting Retreats

Natural Hygiene doctors use only fasting, food and optimal lifestyle to restore patients to health. No drugs/medicines are used. Natural Hygiene teaches that drugs suppress symptoms, while not removing the real cause. Symptom suppression will instead give an illusion of health, while making matters worse.
But, rarely & on occasion nutritional supplements can be used, especially with vegetarian diets.

The following hygienic doctors are mostly licensed primary health care practitioners (D.C., D.O., M.D. or N.D.), have practised actively, have practices that are not drug-based, and follow Natural Hygiene type principles. (IAHP certification is marked, currently or earlier. To find more IAHP doctors, see e.g.
Some doctors are connected to fasting retreats. Some doctors specialize in designing vegetarian diets for their patients, some in non-vegetarian diets, some have experience in both.

Please be advised that while INHS promotes and educates the tenets of Natural Hygiene, we do not engage in the business of recommending, referring or endorsing individual doctors, practitioners or consultants.
