DIET EXAMPLE - Dr. Fielder eats all-raw
On this day in 2001, Dr. Fielder had 2 meals. The first meal with fruit, some nuts and perhaps lettuce.
The second meal with lettuce and other raw vegetables.
(Note: Animal foods perhaps once a week to a month, and then all-raw.)
A fruit meal
A plate of cut-up Mexican "prickly pears", or cactus pears.
Dr. Fielder's Classic "Sandwich"
The ingredients are: lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. Roll-up pieces of tomato and avocado in leaves of lettuce. Eat. Chew well.
